• If any of the travellers’ have experienced severe flight disruptions, they can request a refund in their WIZZ Account as WIZZ credits or to the original payment method.
• In case the flight is cancelled due to the death of the traveller’s immediate family member up to 30 days before the departure date, they can request a refund by submitting a claim. Meanwhile, they have to provide a death certificate within 7 days of submitting the claim form.
